For us, the foundations are everything
B&E Foods processes its own chicken at facilities in Blacktown, New South Wales and Ormeau, Queensland, and supplies wholesale poultry to restaurants, charcoal chicken shops, takeaway outlets, butchers, supermarkets, clubs, caterers and institutional kitchens across Australia.
Because we process in-house rather than buying finished stock, chicken is cut and packed to your specification and distributed from our six sites nationwide.
Breast
Fillet, butterfly, bone-in, tenderloin, and smart, schnitzel and burger cuts.
Thigh and Maryland
Fillet or bone-in, skin-on or skin-off.
Drumstick and wings
Bone-in or filleted drumsticks; whole wings, wingettes, drumettes and tips.
Whole birds, frames and offal
Size-graded whole chicken, bones for stock, plus liver, heart and giblets.
Prepared lines
Crumbed schnitzel, karaage and other value-added products.
Your specification
Fresh or frozen, skin-on or skin-off, bone-in or fillet, and diced, sliced or stir-fry strips cut to your millimetre spec.
Pack sizes
5 kg bags for smaller kitchens, 15 kg cartons for volume operations, with vacuum-packed options where shelf life matters.
Custom lines
Because production is ours, custom specs are straightforward — give your representative the cut, weight and format and we will run it as a standing line.

Next-day delivery
Order before your state's cut-off — 7:30 pm in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, 9:00 pm in Adelaide, 7:00 pm in Perth.
Delivery days
Sydney and Melbourne metro Monday to Saturday; other states Monday to Friday. Customer pick-up at all six sites.
